We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketer with experience using Go High Level Software (preferred) This role is crucial for onboarding and fulfilling deliverables for our partners, including a range of tasks from funnel design, graphic design, and technical setup to client support. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, a creative thinker, and a diligent worker who can manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding Clients: Conduct onboarding calls with new partners to understand their needs, gather information, and set expectations for the scope of work.

- Logo and Mockup Design Create and design logos and mockup product images that align with partner brands and project requirements.

- Funnel Design and Setup: Utilize Go High Level to design effective funnels. Integrate domains, Zoom, Stripe, and add products. Customize and optimize pre-existing funnels according to partner needs.

- CRM and Calendar Setup: Implement and manage CRM solutions for partners. Set up and integrate scheduling and calendar systems to streamline appointments and follow-ups.

- Client Support and Exit Calls: Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the onboarding process. Conduct exit calls to ensure all deliverables meet expectations and clients are equipped to manage their new tools effectively.

Other Responsibilities:

Funnels Designing: Develop and design high-converting sales funnels using Go High CRM, ClickFunnels, focusing on capturing leads, nurturing prospects, and maximizing sales conversions.
Funnel Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to map out and design comprehensive funnels that align with business goals and objectives.
Funnel Analytics: Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure funnel performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Lead Generation: Strategize and implement lead generation tactics within the funnels to attract and capture potential customers at various stages of the sales process.
Workflow Automation: Leverage Go High CRM automation features to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and ensure seamless integration across different business functions.
Testing and Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing and optimization experiments to enhance funnel performance, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of funnels, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team, clients & students on Go High Level functionalities

Requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Min 1 Year Experience in Digital Marketing or Direct Response Marketing


Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with
cross-functional teams.

Graphic design basics, or use of Canva, A.I. logo generators.
Must be fluent in English
Job is a FULL time position


Hybrid model at our Barton Springs location in Austin, Texas

Possibly open to remote workers who live outside of Austin

The following would be big PLUS, but is not required

Knowledge or experience of Sales Funnels, Landing pages, digital product sales, informational products, lead magnets, copywriting, email marketing, social media advertising.

Experience as a Go High Level CRM Expert or similar role. (Preferred not required)
Strong expertise in direct response marketing (think, information products, coaching, SaaS, Digital products sales)
In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, concepts, and best practices. Proficiency in using CRM automation features to streamline workflows, (click funnels, Go High Level, Canva, Trello, Slack are just some of the tools we utilize)
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven optimization strategies.
