The Studio Operations team is made up of the people, processes and technologies that allow Fossil Group to organize & execute its brands' content strategies. We work hand-in-hand with the Creative Services team, liaising between Global Marketing, Creative/Studio, Ecomm, and Web Development teams to efficiently produce and effectively deliver content in a fast-paced, digital-first organization.
The Digital Imaging Coordinator supports the in-house PDP photo studio and retouching teams. This role is highly organized, deadline driven, energetic, proactive and fast-learning. They have knowledge of photography and retouching language, and can interpret and communicate feedback between production teams. The Digital Imaging Coordinator supports various Fossil Group brands and product development teams, ensuring all information necessary to complete ecommerce requests are fulfilled. This role supports many different business partners, and requires strong communication skills.

What You'll Do
- Maintain brand guides and coordination SOPs
- Review shot sheets for all sku information and troubleshoot as needed
- Manage timelines within project management tool
- Work closely with offshore retouching team, sending out a high volume of assets daily - both new images and revisions
- Proof imagery to Brand and Ecomm teams for review
- Troubleshoot any retouching feedback with internal retouchers; update standards when necessary
- QC metadata and finalize imagery
- Upload final imagery to DAM; Update shot sheets
- Proactively communicate workflow and process improvements

Your Skills
- 1-2 years of experience required in content/asset management or related industry, retail experience a plus
- Knowledge of photography and retouching language
- Bachelor's degree preferred - Studio Art, Photography, Graphic Design, or related discipline
- Proficient in Mac Platform, G-Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge
- DAM and Project Management Tool experience preferred
- AEM and Workfront experience a plus
- General understanding of metadata/tagging
- Highly developed communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to multitask and to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
