DIGITAL ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

Do you have a deep understanding of the digital space, from websites to promotions to email? Have you executed and managed multiple programs online for clients? Do you have a desire to stay on top of the changing digital landscape and infuse new and innovative ideas into programs? If you answered yes to all of the above, you may be the right fit for a Digital Account Supervisor position with Motive.

As Motive's Digital Account Supervisor you'll work hand-in-hand with our agency team in the development of campaigns, promotions, innovations and retail programs. Within each project you'll get the opportunity to lead high-profile client accounts, concept new technological innovations, execute against creative campaigns and manage a team of passionate individuals! You'll serve as the main client contact for all things digital, while simultaneously leading an internal team of experts to create culturally-relevant and captivating programs. High attention to detail is key and strong client management skills are a must.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead the day-to-day efforts with key clients and accounts on retail-based promotions for Fortune 500 brands.
• Work with the creative team, copywriters, developers, producers and other client services teams to execute projects.
• Strategically advise clients and develop ideas and solutions that achieve business, marketing and engagement objectives.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously to bring them to life—on time, within project budgets and exceeding expectations.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact at all levels to become an integral part of their internal team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technology innovations and relevant platform news to always push new and innovative opportunities within the digital space.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7+ years managing digital-based accounts and clients (agency experience preferred).
• Knowledge and experience with the website development process and usability best practices. Retail, shopper and promo marketing a plus.
• Passion for creativity, advertising and innovation.
• Ability to work on several initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a great attention to detail.
• Collaborative and imaginative approach to problem solving.
• Desire to be a part of something great and hold yourself to a higher standard.
• Upbeat, fun, positive attitude and the desire to work with a passionate team!

The starting salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, based on experience.
