Position Overview: As a Dental Regional Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our regional operations, overseeing multiple dental clinics. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our standards for patient care and service excellence are consistently met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the performance of clinic managers across various locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and clinic profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on regional performance metrics.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, dental industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and improve financial performance.
- Knowledge of dental industry regulations and best practices.
- Must have Regional Dental Manager Experience.
