SalaryWe are looking to hire a fun, happy, outgoing, person with great communication skills! As the front office scheduler/receptionist you will be the face of our practice and will interact with our patients on the phone and personally every time they visit or call the office. Candidates will be most successful if they have around 1-2 years of dental experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, motivated to work hard, and have a desire to help grow the practice.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Checking patients in and out -Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed -Working on hygiene recalls -Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients -Verifying dental insurance benefits and plans
We have a great team and amazing patients! Our office is open Monday through Wednesday 8:00 am -5:00 pm, Thursday 8:00 am-4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am -12:00 pm. Please submit your resume with references and expected compensation.
