Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Administrative skills: Ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with dental staff
- Eaglesoft: Experience with dental practice management software is preferred
- Front desk experience: Familiarity with front desk operations in a dental office setting
- Patient service skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and address patient needs in a professional and friendly manner
- Knowledge of phone systems: Proficiency in using phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
