Dental Receptionist

The perfect candidate is a team player with a friendly personality, self-starter, excellent communication skills and high attention to details. Previous dental experience is preferred but not required. Opportunity to help with insurance, financial coordinating, and serving patients through checking in, checking out and answering phones. Ability to multi-task, take initiative and follow through on projects.

Skills, Results and Experience:

• Financial Coordinator: ability to present financial arrangements for patients to move forward with treatment and collect co-pays
• Insurance: verify, submit and follow up on insurance, work AR, process claims and post to patient accounts, arrange supporting documents (narratives, x-rays, intra-oral imaging, etc.)
• Case Acceptance: Calculate estimated patient investment and communicate financial arrangements for patients
• Ensure smart scheduling for production goals
• Friendly, organized and a great communicator: ensure patient information is accurate and updated upon check in and check out
