Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent patient service, managing phone systems, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with dental office systems and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

~JOB DESCRIPTION~
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update medical administrative support systems
- Assist with managing dental supplies and inventory
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient office operations

~ REQUIREMENTS~
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in using dental office software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Epic) and other relevant computer programs
- Strong knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical records management is preferred
