Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Our Sleep practice is growing! This is the perfect opportunity for the

for the perfect team member to help take care of our patients and reach out to medical

providers in the area! We value patient care and excellent customer service skills and are looking for someone who is positive, eager and confident. aspect of our practice and office outreach. If you love to learn and are teachable- we would love to meet you! We are growing, so our new team member must be willing to have multiple roles, which will be manageable.

Travel is REQUIRED for the office outreach roles. Every day will be different in this job,

which keeps it interesting!

Clinical/Administrative job duties include:

• Being a wonderful, positive asset to our practice and our patients
• Educating patients on sleep apnea and how it affects their health
• Educating patients on treatment options for sleep apnea
• Educating patients on oral appliance therapy
• Helping arrange financial options and payments with patients
• Follow up with patients, team members, and physicians
• Communicate with patients in a friendly and inviting manner
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and any vendors we interact with
• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner including answering phones, scheduling patients, faxing, scanning,
• Microsoft Office/Google Drive/Adobe skills
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures, preauthorizations, claims, VOBs, etc.
• Communicate with other medical offices to obtain documents we need for patient records
• Answering phones, scheduling patients,
• Tracking patient leads and providing follow up outreach and marketing campaign development and distribution

Office outreach job duties include:

• Attend training for outreach duties during normal work hours
• Setting up lunch meetings for our office with medical providers
• Dropping off marketing materials with medical offices
• Bring providers follow-up information about patients
• Set up lunch logistics such as catering services
• Attend some lunch meetings with doctor
