We are an actively growing fully digital practice looking to add a front desk receptionist/administrator to our office in Arlington Heights. This position is mainly for the front desk, but knowledge and experience in the back as a previous dental assistant is a plus because on occasion some help is required in the clinical parts of the practice. This is a full time position with all workplace benefits provided including health insurance, 401k with a matching contribution, paid time off, and free dental care. Job duties include:
- Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Submit patient claims to insurance companies
- Insurance verification and fax backs
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessary
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements
- Prepare patient treatment plans and present financials to patients
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Occasionally help out in the clinical parts of the practice assisting chair-side and turning of rooms over
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
