We are seeking a to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a fast-paced dental office environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical scheduling, medical receptionist duties, and medical administrative support.
```Duties:```
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using medical scheduling software
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical records using electronic medical record systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft
- Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage front desk operations including checking in patients, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean reception area
```Skills:```
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Dental Receptionist or medical receptionist
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with dental professionals
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
