Position Overview: As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting them with appointment scheduling
• Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Verifying insurance coverage and processing payments
• Managing patient records and ensuring accuracy of information
• Coordinating with dental staff to optimize patient flow and scheduling
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL OFFICE REQUIRED
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Eaglesoft
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to patients

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 37 per week
