he Receptionist will be the first face that welcomes all patients as if they are a member of the family. We are a team-oriented practice that succeeds on communication and support of one another. Excellent customer service and a positive attitude are a must for this position.
Schedule is Full Time: Mon-Thurs: 7am-5pm; Friday: 7am-12pm
Pay Range: $18-$22+ per hour DOE
Duties include:
- Welcome patients by greeting them promptly and engaging in conversation
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, assist with patient questions
- Address patient complaints in a timely and compassionate manner, transition escalated patients to management as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
