Job description

Are you an ambitious ophthalmologist with a vision for a fulfilling career, rather than just another job? Look no further!

Clark | Tait Eye Center in Brighton, Michigan is dedicated to helping you achieve your professional aspirations while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

We're embarking on an exciting expansion, more than doubling our capacity for patient care, to be completed in early 2025. We're seeking driven and dedicated ophthalmologists to join our team and grow with us. Our practice has been the predominant practice, serving the bulk of multigenerational patients of Livingston County, for over 36 years. The county is the fastest growing county in the state. With the recent retirement of our founding partner, we are never idle. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills, contributions, and aspirations are valued and recognized.
With access to advanced equipment including excimer/Argon/YAG LASER’s, minor surgical suite, as well as advanced testing technologies, you'll have the tools you need to deliver exceptional care to our patients. Whether you have expertise in a specific area or are eager to broaden your skill set across various subspecialties, we welcome you to bring your passion and expertise to our practice.
But it's not just about what you do—it's about who you are and how you interact with those around you. We believe in treating every patient with the utmost respect, empathy, and dignity, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Your ability to connect with patients on a personal level, listen to their concerns, and provide compassionate care will set you apart as a trusted and respected professional in our community.
What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of partnership and empowerment. From the outset, you'll have a clear roadmap outlining the milestones and criteria for achieving partnership status within our practice. Through a combination of clinical excellence, leadership, and collaboration, you'll have the opportunity to progress along this path at a pace that aligns with your goals and aspirations.
Whether you prefer a full-time role to immerse yourself fully in our practice or a part-time position to balance your professional and personal life, we're open to exploring options that align with your needs and aspirations.
So, if you're ready to make a meaningful impact, grow your career, and be part of a team that values excellence in every aspect of eye care, we want to hear from you. Join us, where surgical expertise meets compassionate care, and together, we'll continue to transform lives!
