Join Radiology Associates as we continue to expand our patient-focused care in our community. We are looking for an energetic Receptionist / Legals Clerk to perform the following:

• Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events for executive team
• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
• Daily Deposits and tracking
• Working with Law Offices to handle medical record requests
• Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training
• Microsoft Office/Outlook experience preferred
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, including tone and grammar
• Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance
• Willingness to assist various departments as directed
