SalaryWe are looking for a Dental Front Office candidate to join our team 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. Private one doctor owned practice focused on providing quality individualized care to our patients. Hours are 8-5 with lunch from 12-1. We are seeking a friendly, customer service oriented, experienced Front Office Insurance and scheduling coordinator. The ideal candidate should have 3 years dental insurance payment and posting experience, insurance verification, scheduling and charging out patients/collecting payments, Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and word in particular), 3 years of administrative assistant experience. If you have previous Dental Front Office experience with insurance, billing, treatment plan presentation and have great customer service skills we would love to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Insurance/Treatment Coordinator will ensure smooth business operations during the day and help us to provide excellent communication and customer service to our patients.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
