Scheduler And Front Office Assistant

Growing dental practice seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Scheduler and to assist the Front Desk with day to day administrative activities. MUST HAVE excellent communication skills and a dedication to excellence to join our team. Equally important is a great work ethic, and ability to be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and establish rapport with them
• Enter new patient and update current patient information in database
• Appointment scheduling
• Insurance verification
• Telephone patients to collect and provide information
• Liaise with dental team to arrange dental appointments
• Insurance preauthorization verification
• Assist Practice Manager with day to day office management activities
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
