We’re on the hunt for a friendly, organized, and outgoing superstar to be the face of our Front Office. You’ll be one of the first smile sour patients see, and your role is key in setting the tone for the top-notch care we provide. Dental industry experience and computer savvy? Bonus points for you!

This is a full-time gig, with four days a week to keep your work and life balanced. Dental knowledge and some insurance billing know-how are preferred, but we’re open to training the right person with the perfect attitude and aptitude.

Got What It Takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in a dental office (preferred)
• Proficiency in Dental Management System (preferred, we use Dentrix Ascend)
• Expertise in dental reimbursement billing
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Comfort working with dental software and computers
• Understanding of dental terminology

Your Day-to-Day:

• Welcome patients and help them with forms and documentation.
• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Update patient information and inform them about our procedures and policies.
• Schedule patient appointments and confirm them.
• Keep a short call list and fill open appointment slots.
• Organize referrals to other dental specialists.
• Verify and input insurance benefits.
• Dispatch lab work appropriately.
• Collect and receipt payments from patients.
• Arrange payment schedules with patients.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
