Hermitage Dental Group is a small dental office in Hermitage, TN. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Provide Exceptional Dental Care to our Community in a welcoming, professional environment .
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and update information in the dental office system ( we use Open Dental and Dexis)
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or complaints
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, dental assistant, or front desk manager preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
