Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility or services
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle any guest complaints or issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Note: Experience working in an emergency room (ER) setting is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.56 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
