Front Desk in Waldorf, MD

$20-$30 per hour commensurate with experience

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented, highly energetic and experienced DENTAL Front Desk professional for a fast-paced, well-established DENTAL practice in Waldorf MD. Must have at least two years of DENTAL office experience, including a working knowledge of common DENTAL procedures and terminology, and experience with DENTAL practice management software. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling all DENTAL Front Desk responsibilities.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

1. Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

2. Schedule appointments and check patients in and out

3. Entry and verification of dental insurance information

4. Effectively manage recall system

5. Responsible for ensuring the schedule is productive for providers

6. Development of treatment plan estimates and presentation to patients

Part Time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• No weekends

Work Location: In person
