Summary: The Front Office Employee is responsible for customer service and helping coordinate a smooth, timely patient experience with scheduling, comfort, and payments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and cash posting
● Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff
● Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.
● Follow and demonstrate commitment to office policies, professional expectations, clinical service excellence, and outstanding patient service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
