Dental Front Office / Hygiene Coordinator

We are a privately owned dental office located on the north end of Fort Collins. We are looking for a front desk team member/Hygiene Coordinator. We need an employee who is naturally friendly and outgoing, excels in communication, enjoys working on a small team, has a positive outlook, pays attention to detail, and makes every work day count!

The Front Office skills we are looking for in an employee include:

• patient greeting and check-in
• patient check-out which includes collecting and posting payments
• coordinating the hygiene schedule
• scheduling new patients
• insurance verification and benefit explanations
• keeping the Front Office clean and organized
• appointment recall
• patient reactivation
• ability to be cross-trained in other Front Office tasks as needed
• provide superior customer service over the phone and in person

We are looking for a full-time employee. Patient hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday and half days on most Fridays.

Experience with Open Dental is preferred by not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
