What you will handle:
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Posting services
- Submitting insurance claims
- Checking insurance eligibility
- Entering insurance info into our dental software
- Checking patients out
- Processing patient payments
- Helping with room flipping (as needed)
Our ideal candidate:
- Customer service experience is required
- Professional phone etiquette is a must
- Computer skills are essential
- Must be within 20 mile radius of Golden, CO
- Eager to learn
- Remains calm in fast paced environment
