BrightQuest Treatment Center in Nashville is seeking a passionate Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!

The primary function of the Milieu Manager is to oversee the practical functionality of the Pathways Milieu, operations and maintenance of client residences, and assisting the clinical team and other Milieu Support Staff in providing supervision of independent living skills of clients living in program operated houses. The Milieu Manager will be responsible for talent recruitment, hiring, training, supervision and scheduling of Milieu Support Staff.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate with the Admissions staff regarding upcoming assessments and schedule support accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team regarding housing tours and collaborate with Milieu Manager, Admissions Team Representative, and Support Staff.
- Collaborate with Residential Administrative Staff regarding residential client needs.
- Coordinate with the Medication team to schedule health care and medication related appointments.
- Coordinate with the Work Development Program Coordinator to scheduled staff support for volunteer shifts.
- Collaborate with the Events team to plan and schedule support for upcoming events and client outings.
- Coordinate with MSS and RSS regarding grocery shopping support, cooking support and active meditations.
- Coordinate with the Milieu Manager regarding MSS schedules, schedule changes, vacation requests, sick days and adjust the schedule accordingly.
- Communicate scheduling conflicts, questions and/or concerns with client billable hours to the clinical team and Milieu Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required; BA in social sciences, psychology or one year of experience in a related field is preferred.
- 2-years of experience in medical office administration, involving scheduling for clients within a healthcare setting.
- Proficient computer skills and ability use various software programs.
- Have a valid driver’s license in good standing and auto insurance.
- Successfully complete drug screen and comprehensive background check
