```Duties```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics.
- Provide clerical support to the team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Act as a dental receptionist, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
- Utilize Google Suite or similar tools to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and receptionist duties is a plus.
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar tools for document management and collaboration.
- Strong clerical skills for filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
