- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software is preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and filing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of scheduling and patient service procedures is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
