Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Our practice is currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist! We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in/out
• Verifying insurance eligibility and coverage
• Treatment plan presentation
• Collecting patient payments
• Providing excellent customer service

Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM
• Saturday 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM (as needed)

Preferred but not required:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with dental terminology
• Prior experience with Dentrix Ascend software
• Prior medical Front Desk experience or customer service experience

Initial interviews will be held virtually via Zoom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
