Front Desk Dental Receptionist

Front Desk Position

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work in a team with great communication skills, work ethic and can handle multiple tasks.
Spanish speaking and previous dental experience preferred but not required.

Job description:

- Front desk receptionist: Checking in/out patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining re-care appointments, managing front patient flow with clinical coordination, answering phones, collecting co-payments, listen to voicemails and answer emails/patient questions and quality control checks.

- Treatment plan coordinator/billing: Confirming treatment plans according to insurance information and inform patients of co-pay and offering payment options.

- Insurance verification: verify insurances through phone, fax or online before each patients appointment and insurance breakdown.

- Billing: Managing aging

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
