SalaryDental Office receptionist.
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/ English) individual with more than two years previous dental experience , that is outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, friendly , detail oriented with excellent communication skills. The position is for Monday to Thursday. 8 am -5 pm or 9 am -6 pm depending on the day. Fluent Spanish and previous dental experience are requared.
You will be part of team of Front Desk staff and will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling patients, insurance verification, billing and collecting fees due. We use Softdent in the office but knowledge of any dental software is an asset .
Responsibilities
- Checking patients in and out, explaining treatment plans, collecting patients co-pays and outstanding balances.
- Answering calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Calling insurances to check eligibility and benefits
