State-of-the-art orthodontic practice looking for the right Front Desk personnel to join our exciting office! Applicants must be organized, dependable, motivated, personable, and possess excellent communication skills. Computer skills and efficiency are also a must since the office is completely digital and paperless. Bilingual with Spanish speaking skills a plus. Orthodontic/Dental/Medical front office experience required. Friendly personality a priority!
The position will be anywhere from 30-40 hours weekly, depending on the needs of the applicant. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5. Please DO NOT apply for this position if the above schedule conflicts with other aspects of your personal schedule. Excellent compensation offered. As a receptionist your main responsibilities will be to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, collect payments, check in and check out patients, and perform other Front Desk responsibilities. You will also be asked to help the clinical staff when needed. These are some of the responsibilities along with others that will be discussed later.
