SalaryWe are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who can provide an outstanding customer service to our clients and patients. Previous experience in office is not required since we will provide training. This will be a great opportunity for recent college graduates looking for a position in medical/dental field. Job description:
1. Greet all visitors and guests warmly, energetically, and in a timely manner
2. Answer calls professionally and in a timely manner. Keep records of any messages. Redirect/forward all calls to the appropriate person.
3. Ensure each visitor's visit is as simple and pleasant as possible.
4. Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, scanning documents, creating work tickets, scheduling appointments/maintaining appointment calendar
5. Distribute mails/packages to the appropriate department, etc
6. Coordinate/Schedule patient appointments
7. Coordinate/Schedule daily pick ups with delivery POCs
8. Maintain an orderly and clean work area, free of food, beverages, and personal items.
9. Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager
10. Ability to speak and understand Korean is required
