Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the Front Desk area
- Provide administrative support to the dental office, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about dental services
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately and efficiently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 26 per week
