SalaryWe are looking for a hardworking Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, performing administrative tasks, Insurance verification, and claims filing. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Agent must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to handle difficult customer situations with poise and professionalism. Experience with Dentrix is required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred
- Insurance verifications and Insurance claims filing
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
