Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the facility, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
