Responsibilities of the CNA/HHA Home Health Aide Caregiver include:

• Assistance with daily activities and personal care
• Companionship by providing socialization and doing activities like puzzles
• Light homemaking such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dish washing, taking out the trash, laundry, linen change, organizing,
• Maintaining areas to be clear for walking safety
• Medication reminders
• Preparing light meals and snacks
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
• Driving clients to outings in the community
• Driving, grocery shopping and running errands as needed

Requirements of the CNA/HHA Caregiver:

• Must have a desire to help seniors stay safely and comfortably in their homes
• Certified Nursing Assistant license or Home Health Aide certification strongly preferrred, CPR certification preferred
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
