• Provides daily professional administrative support to the Senior Director Dental Services and other designated Dental leadership positions.
• Participates in tasks that support strategic mission and vision of organization.
• Coordinates and implements organization in-services and education calendar for staff.
• Maintains policies and procedures for CommWell Health Dental Services Dept.
• Plans and coordinates activities of designated management Dental staff.
• Maintains office supply inventories and completes purchase orders.
• Schedules meetings and maintains calendars of events and meetings.
• Develops reports and presentations requiring proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Maintains up to date minutes for all Dental Department Eagle Operational meetings.
• Assists dental leadership staff in maintaining continued standards; Joint Commission, State and Federal/HRSA.
• Meets deadlines and operates with short time tables as required.
• Timely submission of time records and payroll processing, as required.
• Special projects as required.
• Prepares and distributes materials/reports for meetings.
• Composes letters, emails, and correspondences.
• Ability to travel to other CWH sites, as needed
• Other duties as assigned
