Data Processing Assistant

Responsibilities:
· Be onsite 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm.

· Receive training and perform work assigned by the Director.

· Maintain IPAs, Health Plans, Option Masters, and Provider Contracts in excel files and in the system.

· Do research to locate discrepancies and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

· Enter data from multiple sources and verify information using specialized software.

· Keep track of logs for maintaining EzCAP software.

· Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- MS Office: Excel, Word, etc
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in clerical or office environments preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
