Library Assistant - Monograph Cataloging And Processing

Responsibilities:

• Copy catalog, classify, and add library holdings for monograph collection
• Create and maintain records in library catalog for new and existing acquisitions
• Apply barcodes and labels to monographs to prepare for shelving
• Perform quality control and shelf checks on catalog records to identify and correct errors

The hourly compensation range for this role is $23.77 - 30.71. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate, position requirements, AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.
For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
