I am looking for a Processing Assistant - hiring immediately! This position is part time, but hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate would have some experience (or interest) in the mortgage industry. I am also looking for a candidate with the below listed qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients and third parties
- Tech-savvy and experience with Adobe pdf, Encompass, DU, LP, and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and get things done
- Strong time-management and organization skills!!
While this is a Processing Assistant role, I will be looking for a Processor soon - so someone who is looking to learn and advance quickly would be a great fit! In this role, you will help me with files I have in my pipeline by reaching out to borrowers, helping to clear conditions, etc.
However, this role is also going to have the below requirements:
- Manage social media to increase lead generation
- Create/Design marketing materials
- Schedule meetings with realtors and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Run errands as requested (rarely needed)
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- **And any other tasks that may arise
