Compensation:$12 - $13.50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and process their check-in and check-out
- Perform all job-related duties, including accurately processing cash, checks, credit cards, and traveler’s checks
- Address all guests’ inquiries and handle escalated customer service issues
- Ensure privacy is maintained when distributing room keys
- Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked Front Desk area
- Generate and distribute reports to all relevant staff
- Report any maintenance, security, and safety issues
- Answer questions regarding the hotel’s policies, services, and facilities
- Follow up with guests to ensure that their inquiries have been addressed to their satisfaction
- Shift 3pm to 11pm
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous Front Desk experience is highly preferred
- Prior experience using Windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well and collaborate with others
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- May be required to stand for an extended period of time
- Able to work a flexible schedule
