Data Entry Clerk

Job Overview:
The position of Data Entry Clerk requires reviewing, creating, processing and updating confidential and time-sensitive data on multiple local databases.

Duties:
- Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of completed work
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Generate reports based on entered data
- File and organize physical and electronic documents
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for data verification purposes - JobBoss knowledge a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
