Property Management Company seeking a Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for residential apartments and condominiums. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with interior residential painting, taping, spackling, and drywall repair.
- Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Maintain appearance of properties
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools required to perform residential repairs and Maintenance on a multi-family complex.
- Basic understanding and experience with residential electrical and plumbing is a plus.
- Work independently or within a team environment
- Comfortable sharing knowledge and skills with other maintenance team members
- Must be available to work in an "On-Call Rotation" and be available for after hours emergency maintenance calls every 3 weeks
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, dependable, and keen attention to finish detail
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Five years of experience in drywall repair and painting
