Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and maintain data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and administrative skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Duties:
- Enter data into computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Update and maintain databases with new information
- Organize files and maintain an efficient filing system
- Perform regular data collection and analysis tasks
- Generate reports and pivot tables to present data findings
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong clerical and office skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong data collection and Data Entry abilities
- Familiarity with file management systems
