Data Entry Clerk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Duties:
- Enter data into computerized systems with speed and accuracy
- Transcribe information from source documents to the appropriate fields in the database
- Perform Data Entry tasks such as order entry, data collection, and data verification
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the entered data
- Generate reports based on entered data as required
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Proficient in using computerized systems for Data Entry
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform basic math functions
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and maintain focus on Data Entry accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and aptitude for the position.
