Data Analyst
- Contract Duration 6+ months
Position Summary:
- The job requires the integration of systems in patient management tools, compiling information into a centralized repository, and creating agent-specific KPIs on various dashboard outlets for managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.
- Using a unified approach will review case comments on 6,000 patients and scrub data using RCA in identifying theme comments for KPI development.
Duties:
- The Data Analyst will aintain reports for the customer service group to deliver agent-specific key metrics.
- Utilize Google Workspace for report creation and implementation.
- Communicate with managers, supervisors, and individual team members.
- The Data Analyst will collaborate with team members to deliver requirements while maintaining independent work through remote ambiguity.
- Implement new reports for the customer service group to improve workplace efficiency.
- Implement Power BI, MS Office, & SQL reports for daily use.
- Utilize SAP and Power BI for data collection and reporting for Director and Management Teams.
- Receive and prioritize support requests to maximize resource utilization.
- Work closely with team members to deliver project requirements and develop solutions while meeting deadlines.
- Train team members and users in newly implemented and emerging technology to enhance business productivity.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with SAP.
- Research and implement technologies for process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to discuss new technology enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate and collaborate with departments as needed to identify and resolve issues regarding data findings.
- Monitor, analyze, and document findings through the creation of a high-level summary.
- Coordinate online meetings with managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.
- Communicate daily with managers to ensure project delivery goals.
- Present a variety of analyses and reports using Power BI.
