What You'll Do
As Gabb continues to grow, our Customer Support team grows as well. We are looking to add a dynamic, engaging, and technical Customer Support Trainer to our team to set our agents up for success and to prepare them to delight Gabb customers.
As the Customer Support Trainer, you will deliver remote training experiences to new Customer Support representatives, as well as to experienced reps in other specialized customer-facing teams. It will also include working with instructional designers in their work to revise the training material to ensure it is up to date with company policies, procedures, and information. Additionally, you will:
- Guide learners through e-learning modules, teach technical concepts, and facilitate high-level engagement in remote environments
- Help define and set remote, classroom-based training standards and requirements
- Continuously evaluate the training needs by collaborating with the Director of Training, as well as the Customer Support and Operations leadership team
- Always look for ways to improve and evolve the training to keep the material engaging and interactive with the end goal of increasing graduation rates and improving overall retention
- Ensure new hires undertake mandatory training on industry standards, corporate policies, technology best practices, health and safety guidelines, etc.
- Stay up-to-date about the latest training practices and industry methodologies
What You'll Bring
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Training Facilitator, Trainer, Training Coordinator or similar role within a call center environment
- Past experience facilitating remote learning classes is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS), UKG/Schoox is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
- Excellent leadership skills
