Monumetric is a fun-spirited, start-up located in Farmington, UT. We work with online publishers, website owners, and bloggers to monetize their websites by utilizing premium programmatic advertising, innovative ad technologies, and dedicated data teams, all while maintaining the best user experience possible.
This position will be joining our remote, part-time, Utah-based Customer Support team.

Responsibilities
- Attend a 2-4 week training period with a mix of in office and virtual training
- Be available for monthly in-person training in the Farmington, Utah office as well as any short-notice meetings when necessary.
- Work 20 hours/week over 5 day period
- Reliably show up for every team or project meeting, one-on-one meeting, and assigned shift
- Navigate multiple systems and efficiently work with a variety of online tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Jira, and Google Suite
- Proactively investigate and track down answers for customers
- Confidently communicate with publishers
- Effectively organize, communicate and self-start
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Customer Support role (email, chat, phone)
- Skilled communicator - Fluent in spoken English
- Skilled Writer - Professional with a flair and grammatically accurate written English
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to professionally communicate issues, concerns, or complaints to leadership
- Experience working with small business owners is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable in responsibilities
- Degree (Associate or Bachelor's) preferred
- Remote or freelance experience preferred
- Experience with growing and developing departments preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and Google Suite preferred
Expectations
- Part-time training some in the office and some remote throughout the first month and possibly longer
- In-person training in the office at least one day per month
- Located within commuting distance from Farmington, Utah
- Available for at least 4 hours per day on weekdays between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm
- On-call over weekends once every 4 weeks
- Task completion as needed
- Work closely with other departments to resolve publisher concerns
- Contribute to and help build the Publisher Success department in various ways
- Email responses via Salesforce’s Service Cloud
- Maintain accurate information within Salesforce accounts
- Train in website troubleshooting skills
