Hours: Full Time Only
Early shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Late shift: Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM*
Onsite- Provo, Utah office location

Job Duties
- Deliver technical support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Efficiently manage and resolve assigned tickets.
- Leverage and add to knowledge bases.
- Identify and escalate urgent issues.
- Exhibit professionalism on tasks and tickets.
- Utilize basic SQL for troubleshooting purposes.
- Perform regression testing as necessary.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Dependable attendance and a proactive approach to learning.
Note: While familiarity with SQL is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for this role. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
*Training will begin on the early shift until you are ready to stand on your own on the later shift.
