Fluidra’s looking for a Customer Advocate/ Technical Support to join our team in West Valley City, UT.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Responsible for providing comprehensive support to pool professionals in accordance with Fluidra’s warranty and service guidelines, including, troubleshooting and installation assistance, warranty support, and general customer service via phone and email. Additionally, you will:
- Provide support to pool processional customers for inquiries surrounding troubleshooting, installation, warranty processes and other Zodiac programs.
- Review and authorize warranty service work to be performed by independent service companies.
- Support the field service team with technical and warranty issues.
- Work with other team members to drive and implement overall department goals and tasks, as well as deliver suggestions to improve product and processes.
- Process QC reports via standard form for issue pertaining to customer concerns with product performance and/or make.
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT WE SEEK
- Must have 3 years’ experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) training a plus.
- Completed a class in leadership (via seminar).
- Must be able to type 50 WPM.
- Possess a technical aptitude with an electrical or mechanical background.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Must have extensive technical product knowledge of Fluidra’s Cover Pools products, including troubleshooting and/or repair experience.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a warranty claim.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
